Well The check engine light came on the other day and my junk scanner could not pull the code (see http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB3/vie ... hp?t=44464 ). Well last night when the AC was turned on we heard a clicking noise / engine seems like its under too much load. I checked it out today but couldn't isolate it. It is not consistant, it it worse on start up and does it when the AC is turned on. The only werid think I notced was that then belt tensioner is moveing alot and moving even more when the AC is switched on!

I know the little diesel is a rattler but I dont think the tensioner is supose to move that much, or is it?

Need some Ideas, I will try to get a video if it to help! thanks!
