68032284AA - INTAKE PRESSURE SENSOR (DIESEL) - 3 WAY - Suggested Retail Price: 22.55 USD

I broke off the retaining tab of this connector while removing the top of the air cleaner and inlet hose to install my Samco hoses.

Now I can get rid of the duct tape...

Good - now, I wish you'd go let the air out of some DCJ bean-counter's tires for changing all the original part numbers............

That's the little Mercedes-Benz sensor on the engine-side of the Airbox, correct?

To tell the truth I can never remember which is which. It's the one with three pins.

I guess we all can post part #s new or not as we put replacement stuff on our VM motoris and associated items -- for example I just got a new replacement CCV valve assy as I understand these things need to be changed every 50K miles.

CCV (pressure valve as Chrysler calls it) Part # 05114348AB

FWIW

Are you referring to the hockey puck on top of the engine? I was unaware that there was a recommendation for replacement at any mileage. Where did you come across that?

By the way, thanks for the part number. Comparing notes is a good thing.

Even if you have the old part number when you do a search it will show the new superseded part number.

Can still make life confusing though.

This is turning into a part # thread--I hope the OP'ster does not mind---

CCV is our diesel PCV so to speak- and gasser maintenance scrolls call for scheduled replacement due to "crud-ing up"
Can I say " Boy does our CCV's crud up with an oily mess!"

Actually I read it somewhere in the forum- GMCTD may be the quoted fella--
replace every 50K cause that pressure valve spring does fatigue.

Moparpartsamerica.com has it for $28 +shipping
