The files are quite large(70mb), the only way I have to share them is from my own server(at home) which would kill my bandwidth. At this time I am trying to restrict it to persons who are in imminent need for doing repairs.

Right now I don't really want to pay for hosting, and unless I start soliciting donations the amount of bandwidth that gets eaten by the manuals is gonna kill me at home.
