I Actually know a few of them and they are friends of mine. There are alot of 4x4's in NW PA. Most that have lifts and big tires, etc.....So unless i'm driving like a madman or some thing, they leave it alone. Some even have some pretty nice rides themselves. Peace.

Each state has it's own rule regarding tint. Some states (like Virginia) act like tint is a threat to society. Police will actually pull you over just for having tint on the driver/passenger front windows. In Kentucky there is an "allowed" limit, but people "limotint" their windows. Bought a used car there once that had pre-tinted windows and I could barely see out. The back seat was like a cave.
