nope there's no reason why you can't use the ranchos

we use ranchos, or ome shocks or bilstens with a pretty wide variety of coils

it's a length thing, the rear ranchos we commonly use are actually durango shocks rsx17505 and the front i think are just KJ shocks RSX17004

and you don't have to use the RSX series they're just favored by some

bilstens a good shock too though, but i've never used them on my jeep

would anyone recommend the bds coils with maybe rancho stuts? and keep the bds shocks that comes with the package?

When we did Sperbs (check out Ohio section.. lift party) he used Rancho struts up front, BDS shocks in back.... may want to send him a PM and ask how they work, does he like, etc.

Exactly what I did. Kept the BDS shocks, and used the Rancho 17505's up front. I've seen a couple of people use that setup, and heard the BDS shocks are fine. So that's what I would recommend.
