I've seen references to gauge additions for the diesel engine but am having trouble finding them. Can someone help me out and suggest guages and direct me to suggestions on placement and connection?

Looking to add an exhaust gas temp, a turbo boost and maybe a trans temp. Suggestions on where the best place to put the sending units, pics of where the gauges have been put, etc.?

Any other added gauges?

here is what i did:
http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB3/vie ... hp?t=37552

as for the placement of the sensors....

Boost.... got a coupler for a big rig's air lines at napa then drilled and tapped one of the places on the intake manifold where it looks like another bolt should go

Exhaust... took out a bolt to the heat shield on the exhaust manifold... then drilled and tapped through that hole

Trans... when i had my pan off once i drilled a hole in the side.. put an add a drain plug kit from advanced in... re-drilled where the drain plug was supposed to go to what my sensor needed.... now when i need to take the pan off i pull the sensor out of the kit and drain my fluid ... no ATF shower for me!
