It seems the PTPerformance stainless tubes are not happening...I emailed them asking about the Jeep CRD and mentioning this forum and got no reply. I still think this is a great idea... better than Samco and would like to pursue it. I found these folks http://www.Mandrelbend.com/default.asp and their tube digitizing sounds like a perfect solution. BUT...I'm in Canada and they are in Maryland. Anyone in that area interested in visiting them with a pair of hoses for them to copy? The results of the stainless tube poll would indicate a lot of interest.

Main reason for the flexible conformal Boost ducting is the limited real estate between the li'l shaker and the cac - Dodge uses rigid conduits because of the distances involved in that chassis-engine configuration - almost everyone is 'interested' in the rigid conduit, but very few will actually spring for the practical implementation of the thought - just fyi................

What you will find, and this is universally true. That many people are "interested" but few put their money where their mouth is.

Many people talk, few people act. From all the chatter we had about boost hoses, and how many people were supposedly interested and were ready to buy, it seems as if the actual numbers are a good bit lower than the polled people who said they would buy.

Be very thankful that we at least have Samco has a supporter for our vehicles, they were excellent at working with us and very communicative. When the ONLY reported failure of a Samco hose surfaced Samco(and not even the vendor), offered to send a replacement immediately.

I think Samco went out of their way to make sure the problem was investigated and corrected. I know I digress from the topic, but felt it was worthwhile to point out at this junction.
