Looks like good work to me. Just curious, but I don't know what half the stuff under there is. I see a long rod that attaches both 'knuckles' to each other and was wondering why you would need that. It occurs to me there is a shorter rod attached to the passenger side just above the long rod. Perhaps that short rod steers the passenger side tire left or right like a tie rod. The long rod then transfers that movement to the driver's side tire. Could that be what I've heard people call the 'steering linkages' or 'steering rods'? I need to see everything labeled so i know what i'm looking at :)

I'm still wondering where the "level' comes in for the title??

Level in the driveway because it is sloped but hardly looks level even with that much slope. Those 32s seriously look sad.

i think he meant if you put a level on it it will read completely horizontal even though the driveway slopes down... meaning massive lift on the front

I don't agree. Mine hasn't been built yet. taking a wiff of USAFCOP is what you don't want. I wouldn't wish that on anyone.

I'm thinking the rear is going to be easier. But how is he going to get it level on that driveway? :? :)

Sounds like you Have. Now go wipe your nose off.

(for the most part) Each build After this one will be improved upon......just like every Jeep build in the past. It is always easier to see where to improve once you have a build to compare to.

I can't conceive of another on here whose going to throw the duckets into this project he has. And when someone does complete one, he'll have an exo-skeleton and when someone does that, he'll have a Hemi not to mention the slick paint job. It brings teh sexay.

Look at the whole package and tell me whose going to come close...... seriously. I like my rig a lot and I've invested more $$ than I care to remember (mostly with Marty) but even if I do and SFA, I will be out-classed by this. The only thing I can say is my AV system is much better than his and I have a cooler CB antenna mount.

I just realized this thread is turning into what got the other one deleted.....

I think Troy already has that as the "on Deck" mod for a couple years later...

I know mine will not be as fancy, but I will have similar, save the paint

No HEMI,I still want to wheel my KJ.The 4.7 idea is scrapped also, say hello to a 800HP SBF 306 with stand alone fuel injection and highly modded C6 trans,bye-bye to all electronics(okay about 450HP is more like it).

Not a bad way to go... I did a conversion like that for a friend of mine a couple years ago. He has an '82 K10 Stepside and I built him a 383 with the Holley MPI system and a computer-controlled 4L60E. That thing is one of the most reliable rigs around and is SUPER easy to work on... good call

Now comes the hard part, getting it adjusted to meet your needs. I did a SAS to my truck over a year ago and I have been constantly adjusting the suspension ever since.

It seems like a never ending process.

what's that thick tube for? The one just under the bumper. I think it may even be attached to the bumper.
