I got called out to spot a storm last night and took a detour down a muddy road. Drove back there today and took some pictures. I also took a picture of my camera mount if anyone is interested.

^^ The tread on the stock tires loves to hold onto this mud.

^^ Anyone have any stock roof rails they want to get rid of?

^^ Stickypod used for video camera.

how do you like your yaesu? I have a kenwood D-700a and was looking at getting one of those.

I like the 2800 but it is pretty much a no frills radio. It's quite since there is no fan. You can select between 65, 25, and 10 watts output. My mag mount is a temporary solution, I plan on getting something more sturdy soon.

I just washed all the mud off. It is amazing how much mud can stash away inside the rear bumper area.
