What about the CRD engine compartment, I think there is a lot less room in there than the 3.7 ????

Can you take a couple pictures of the engine compartment for us?

That's too long. I think you can get banned for that. I'll have to check the rules.:D

Do you have anymore pictures of the other side?

Can you get a better down angle on this one? Whats behind the airbox and between the airbox and the radiator?

Thanks for you pictures, by the way.

OK, well the CRD is a problem with the washer bottle. I'll have to go by the dealership and take a better look under the hood, but I just don't see the room from those pictures. I'll try to figure something out, but I may just have to keep this initial design as a CRD front bumper. I'll do what I can though, so be please be patient.

Well I certainly appreciate all your doing. I just wish the pictures would have gave you a lil better view or perspective. I look forward to the next sneak peeks... Thanks RL

I'm really liking that front bumper. I think I need to start saving now.

Is the washer bottle in the same location on the CRD as the Gas models? You need to look at that situation. Nobody has asked that yet.

Remember the CRD is 05 and up with the flat top front bumper.

First: The plumbing you see behind the air box on the CRD. Is the Wastegate Solenoid, Vacuum Solenoid, and Vacuum Reservoir Tank for the Turbo, HVAC, and Brake Booster. Also the Power Steering Reservoir is to the right of this.

Second: The Air boxes on the CRD's are different. They draw air from behind the head light. It does not snake over the radiator to pull air in. This may prove problematic for the idea of relocating the washer bottle up with a shorter fill neck.

Third: I assume you plan on having two versions of the front bumper? One for the 02-04 and one for 05-06 with the different grill.

Put me on the interest list for a front bumper. Still on the fence on the rear.

Jason
