The only real option is for someone to start tuning the TCM just as they are the ECU.
If I were a KJ owner, I would be looking for someone to make an announcement about this in the near future (it will be coming...)
Making all new encoder rings for the ABS sensors and having the body computer re-calibrated.
I own an index head used to make old fashion spur gears.
I could then make 4 encoder ring blanks and cut the closest number to 10% (better yet 11.5%) more slots for each wheel.
Then drive my CRD using my GPS as a speedometer, figure out the error and pay a Dealer to re-calibrate my Speedo.
Instead of shifting into 5th lock at 63MPH it would shift at 57MPH with 10% more slots.
Having someone such as GDE do it as a package deal with a ECM tune would be be the best solution and a lot less work than a mechanical solution.
