yea my power steering pump started leaking... i think i have to replace with the ford unit. oh and HP30 and some other doodads.

thats easier than replacing my stock one right?

neatus, you are killing me with this... I finally got my KJ to your level a few years ago, now you have to go and do this.. give me a year or so.

Brother, your KJ is the shizzle baby! But yes I think the Ford steering box is easier to replace than your rack and pinion. Dude, what is up with your big ol military vehicle?

Just been working on it really and driving it around when i can..

so far i have had the following to fix:

replace freeze plugs
replace oil line from injector pump to block (had to get custom made)
sand and repaint all bows and troop seats
repair gauge cluster electrical issue
change all seals in T-case
24v turn signals
reattach exhaust stack (garage was lower than i thought , oops)

other than that its perfect!

im not sure how many M35A2's and M35A1's there are left because they were selling the majority of them early this year, if you can find a good deal on a good M35A3 get it! power steering, alison auto trans, super singles, CAT diesel, automatic 6wd, and central air for tires. but they usually sell for around 5-8k where as i got my A1 for under 2K
