It's about $4.00 a gallon in Hawaii. I would not mind paying that, but I'm not driving a diesel.

I'm sure I'm wrong, but I'm guessing you're commutes are pretty short in Hawaii. Not that you want to pay more, but I'm guessing not too many people drive 150 miles a day just to got to work.

Well, if I lived in Hawaii, I'd use B100 year round. But I am just visiting, and Bio Beetle is not available for rental on Kaua'i.
