Is anyone else having LOST issues?

I have to log in everytime and it makes everything look like I've read eveything, I have no idea what the new posts are or new topics or anything along those lines.

The most annoying part is I have to log in everytime I got to the Lost Jeeps website, is anyone else having an issue?

Me too. I found if I click the "login to check your private messages" link in the upper-right corner, it logs in automatically and shows the unread posts.

Thanks Digger! That seems to have done the trick.

My cookies clear wether I use Safari or Firefox seeing as I use NetBarrier X4 security software. Again, in my case it only happened once to me last night - I closed by browser (thus clearing all cookies) and reopened in another browser, with no problems. So I am thinking this clearing cookies tip is the answer.

If you're having erratic behavior, start using the lostjeeps.com address. The "default URL" for the site has been changed to that so even with the right cookie, you might be loading a page it doesn't recognize if you use lostkjs.com as the address.

Ahh, the price we pay for progress.

I don't get this? Even when you go to www.lostjeeps.com - the only way to access the forums is by clicking on the FORUM button >then following the directions buy clicking on the GO button > which takes you to the url > www.lostkjs.com ? How does this change things?

Yeah, the link on the intro flash animation is still pointing the original hostname (since it's more effort than it's worth to change it). Once the new board is activated, it'll either be replaced or removed, so patience, and a bookmark pointing to http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB3/ is all you need to ensure correct behavior.

<edit> actually, scratch that. Only the flash animation is un-changeable. I just edited the test links so folks can use the main page with cool music and still have the right behavior. </edit>

I like the "Top Sites" option in Safari. I use the 6-pack version with LOST top center. 8)

In Firefox, I have to bookmark LOST to the tool bar.

I had this problem start on Friday, both @ work and both home PC's, using IE and Firefox. I also keep getting the error "You cannot make another search in the time frame, please wait and try again" ....after I've waited 1-2 mins. very aggravating.
