Can anyone tell me what the dual lines are that are attached to the right side of the cylinder head/intake manifold just above the CAC entry to the engine and the 'elbow'? Does that line come out of the intake manifold and can it be T'd for boost gauge (of course I've already tapped it to the left of there)?

Being a 2007 KJ, I believe that your vehicle might have a pneumatic EGR system - the black "box" you see next to your tap is a vacuum modulator, one of the lines is a vacuum source and the other line would go down to an EGR valve, mounted to a cooler on the side of the block. Unfortunately, neither of these are a source for tapping to read boost pressure.

I would be very curious if you could confirm that this is the case.

That's funny, the vacuum modulator on my 03 was between my airbox and the cooling water container.

I had a vacuum operated EGR on my 03.

The difference on where the modulator is mounted may be that Glend is in Austrailia and I think it would be right hand drive :jester:

The difference was that on 02-04 KJ, the EGR valve was pneumatic and mounted on the exhaust manifold.

For 05-06, the EGR valve was electric solenoid and mounted on left-hand side of the block. For 07, i believe, the electric valve was replaced with pneumatic in the same location, hence why on your 03 the "actuator" (vacuum modulator) was by the airbox but here it is on the left-hand side of the motor.
