I am... I will be mounting slimmer lights on the underside of the basket... I wanted to move my big lights to the bumper because then I can use them as brights while driving through the mtns here and not get arrested

Also, having lights mounted to the underside of the basket means I can haul lumber, kayaks, and whatnot again
