Those with the GDE Eco Tune... did you find that the engine was louder, quieter, or exactly the same after the tune? Does it still sound like a farm tractor post tune?

Sounds a little more "dieselly," but no more so than running the ORM. After getting the tune, I noticed a "harmonic" sound coming from my turbo around 2000 rpm, but when I changed out the exhaust that stopped.

In a parking lot, people will know it is a diesel, rather than thinking something is wrong with your [gasser] engine.

x2 Louder isn't exactly how I would describe it... it sounds more like my last diesel, less like a wannabe

HAHA I do the ORM and I get my co-workers saying things when we take it to go get lunch like "I think you better check ur oil sounds like you have a little knock" They for the most part don't get the diesel thing. The one guy drives a Toyota Tacoma...you know those are the best LOL

Sounds good to me. The more diesel sound the better. I was scared that the GDE tune would make the engine quiet. I don't want the engine to be quiet. I want quiet exhaust and a loud engine. Rock on. :JEEPIN:
