Can the GDE guys alter tire size with the tunes they do? Would be nice to kill two birds with one stone.

pretty sure the tire size is in the Body control module and GDE works on Engine Control

GDE can correct me here, but I think their curves are based on simple correct data being input from the BCM on wheel speed, etc, so if you have larger tires/gears/etc, then as long as you re-calibrate the BCM, then the GDE tune should function the same way. Of course you're going to loose efficiency, but the tune will still be doing the best it can with what it has.

The tune does not have a capability to change the tire rev/mile setting, this is set through the cluster and ABS modules based on model year. The dealer should change this for you for free, it takes about 1 minute tops. The tune functions the same regardless of tire size, but tires can have a significant impact on fuel economy.
