The coolant is supposed to be 100K to 150K HOAT, so you should be ok on that. If you're determined to do it, make sure you replace it with the correct kind of coolant. I believe Zerex makes some that is correct.
Trans and Xfer case are both ATF +4. NAPA can get both the spin-on and pancake filter for the 545RFE tranny. I use Valvoline full synthetic ATF +4.
Engine oil should be DIESEL RATED Synthetic 0W-40 or 5W-40. Capacity with an OEM-style replacement oil filter is 6.4 qts. Most popular oils here are Mobil 1 TurboDiesel Truck 5W-40 or Shell Rotella T Full synthetic (blue bottle) 5W-40. I strongly suggest either a WIX or Purolator Pure 1 oil filter.
Fuel filters are also available at NAPA. Instructions for changing the filter are in the tech section, here:
viewtopic.php?f=98&t=35702 Make sure you do not pour unfiltered diesel into the new filter. Also a cool idea is to take a Sharpie and write your mileage on the new filter when you change it.
