I pm'd Rock Lizard about ordering the rear without carriers and he said that they could be a later date. If I didn't just empty my inbox I would copy and paste what i got from him.

JJ, read the last page. They are talking about the ability to ADD THE CARRIERS to a regular bumper AT A LATER DATE (so if you need to save a little $$$ right now is the bumper upgradeable). Or at least that's how I read it.

Joel is correct.

The bumpers will all accept the carriers. If you want to preorder a bumper w/o carriers now, and then later decide that it is too cool of a carrier not to have, you will be able to order and install the carriers later.

UPDATE: OK, just got the call the first prototype is ready for inspection, so I will be checking that out tomorrow afternoon. Might have this thing put together before the end of next week.

Sorry, no pics yet. They told me this Friday or next Monday. They did have parts for me this past Monday, but as soon as I looked at them, I knew the engineer kind of did his own thing. When I got the pieces home and tried to fit them up to Ted's jeep, it was obvious I needed to set things straight with the new manufacturer how things are followed to my design plan only, and any needed changes must be oked through me first. So, I made a few little changes while I had the screw up pieces and should have a much better prototype this weekend.

Don't have pricing on the jerry can carrier yet, but figure it will be about the same as the Non Adjustable Model Tire Carrier.

I will be getting my new prototype next Wednesday, so I should have pictures by Friday of the rear bumper. Tire carrier will follow shortly behind that.

Seriously, If I buy the bumper will I be able to use the jerry can carrier while retaining my STOCK tire carrier??
