My first lift I installed spring 05 and drove to Orlando, came back and installed the ARB.
Pulled it outside and did some driveway flexing
Below are comparison shots of the ARB 10 minutes after the install with 245-70-16s on stock wheels back then,
next picture is over 100,000 miles later with 265-75-16s on Moabs
tried to get similar shots ( before and now ) to show the difference

Custom made uppers with stock below the custom ones. AND Made in Ohio ! :wink:

That's fully stuffed in the picture, so I need to work on the bump stop's a little ( add some more) to keep them from tearing the flares off. It was fine with the 265-70s but ..... :roll: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

i have stock frankenlift bump stops and mine have never tore off the flare... hahaha granted all the plastic rivets are missing.. but the flare has never come off yet hahaha.

8 inch Moabs is what gets me into some of the problems for sure, I have cut a lot of the flare away in the rear back to the metal which helps some as well

^^^ i need to hack my flares some in the rear too.. yes the 8inch moabs i'm sure do not help the situation.. on the bright side they do look bad a** :) still waiting to see this black KJ in person some day.. my pretty red KJ cant wait to look down on it :twisted: :BANANA:
