just playing around with my Nikon D60, still have a ton of learning to do with it. just testing out the different shooting modes, and settings etc. i need someone to teach me stuff/how to use all the settings and what each thing does, anybody around me(44056) that is good with cameras?

You're off to a good start with your camera!! To learn your D60 inside and out, do a Google for Magic Lantern DVD Guides and look up the D60. It explains everything you need to know about the camera, and is much easier than reading the owner's manual or some other book. Here is a youtube link that shows just a small part of what's in the guide....

Here are a few links from a guy named Ken Rockwell. He puts out a lot of how to stuff as well as how to use your D60 and other Nikon cameras.
How to take great pictures....

Here's a link to a Nikon forum where you can get information on your camera, lenses etc. be warned though... they're kind funny there, do a search before asking questions....
