Just a quick couple question here.

Does anybody know where the Engine RPM sensor is located.

I'm guessing that this sensor should display the same value as the transmission input shaft rpm sensor?

Could these be one in the same on our CRD's

Thanks

They can't be one and the same, because when the torque converter is not in lockup, engine rpm differs from transmission input shaft rpm. Engine rpm probably comes from the crank position sensor.
