I just read on allpar.com that there was another IFS in the initial design of the KJ that would have worked better.

Has anybody any info on that? Is it possible to make it that much better? Not that it is bad, it is more than adequate for my Needs. :JEEPIN:

Bean counters killed a couple good ideas the engineers had. (according to a few of them at Camp Jeep Cali a few years ago) It is/was all about the $$.

Unfortunately, I get that. I do maintenance on machinery where beancounters signs the checks( or dont). :grim:

I am wondering, HAS ANYBODY ANY PICS/SPECS ON THE ORIGINAL ("CORRECT") IFS OF THE LIBERTY?

maybe we can make a plan to replicate it and see how it goes. :pepper:
