looks like you guys had a great time - nice pics - and great attendance. - Too bad I missed it.
Hopefully we can give Mike the same excitement in the Midwest.
We also had a run at Badlands in Indiana on Sat with 3-11 degrees temps all day...
Nice to see that Rain, snow, below zero temps, and all the adverse conditions that cold weather brings will not stop us from having fun....
We'll try to organize a midwest welcome event for Mike...

We should probably start a new thread, but since all the great pics are here I'll give a trail report here. For those who didn't make the ride or other L.O.S.T. national members checking us out, here it is. We met at the Exxon as usual (reg $2.19.9, mid $229.9) . We left for the park around 8:30, went through registration where we picked up a stray YJ and a Dodge Dokata. We had two unlifted KJ's with armor, so we based our trail picks as not to bust 'um up too much. We started with the Bunny Loop, as usual, and were heading for Foundations when we had a fan motor problem with David and Kimberly's KJ. While waiting to rig up a "hot wire", Edgar, his brother and family made it to registration. Three of us split off to bring them down onto the trails. This made 13 Jeeps and 1 Dodge in the group. We ran Foundations and then headed for Trail 25. The snow started to fall and the park took on a much better look. Just into the trail David fan motor gave up, so we side-lined his Jeep and he and Kimberly jumped in with Chris. After 25 we broke for a short lunch, headed to the Alley Oop and exited by the ATV trail we discovered last month. We then headed down Valley Road with the intention of running Doe Run to Turtle and back to the play area. After a time check we made the decision to head directly to the play area. After some fun on the hill and in the mud we took a group shot and headed out. The dinner at Oak Creek was great and we all bid a fond farewell to Mike and Wendy.

Randy

one KJ, one YJ

This trail ride was very enjoyable. You LOST guys,, and gals are a great bunch, and I am proud to count myself as a member of MALOST. Mike and Wendy, you will be missed,, and thanks for all the great times while you were here. Randy, you make a good trail guide,, and I always have fun as well as learning something new every time we 4 wheel. I had forgotten my camera on this trip, so the only pic I have to show is how my jeep looked when I woke up this morning. Now I know why it was so hard to see on the way home in the dark last night. I don't think the jeep has ever been that muddy. Edgar is was great to see you and the little lady, (and your brother)hope you can make it more often. You'll have to check out GWNF with us. David and Kimberly, I hope you're up and running again,, let me know if I can help out. Chris,, that new trail hickey looks awesome,, it's even bigger than mine :-). I look forward to seeing all my LOST friends again

Looks like a good time had by all.

Thanks to all of you who have made Wendy and Mikes lives and wheeling adventures more enjoyable over the last couple of years. Just love it when the kids are smiling. (yes Mike, you are included when we refer to the kids)

Don't worry folks, we already have some Michigan wheeling trips planned for them. May not be as hard core as Paragon, Rousch Creek or GWNF, but wheeling is as much about the people as it is about the terrain. And we wheel with some good people up here in Michigan.

Signed, Wendy's folks (Mikes In-Laws)

I cant wait to wheel again with you all! I have a bunch of people back home who want to go after I showed them the pics, maybe we can make a weekend out of it or something in the spring.

The thread has been dead. Nobody has even started talking about it yet.

Thanks for everything guys! We had an absolute blast even if we didn`t cover all the trails we wanted. As stated by Pete above, it`s as much about the group as it is wheeling. You guys were awesome and I`ll sorely miss the MA group. The snow made the wheeling even that much better. Made for some great scenery and fun wheeling.

Jae and Edgar (and George), thanks for setting this up. You guys are class acts and make the club that much better. The cake was a complete surprise. Thanks!

Al, thanks for the use of your garage when needed and also hope to use it in the future. ;) You are an awesome guy, and without you, MA would be the worse without you. Thanks for all the memories on the trails and see you in Moab. I want that 5" lift!

Chris, you are da man. You end up getting trail damage but take it better than the rest of us. Now, it`s not only moving trees, but also moving rocks! :) Thanks for the memories my friend and see you in the future.

David (and George & Rick), thanks for your part in getting the MA club rolling when no one was donig anything and the club was sputtering. Lots of memories have been had and will be cherished!

Randy (and Al, David, Jae - the original crew) - thanks for the great memories wheeling. I`ll always remember doing Whompum and Rock Swamp with Randy that Sunday during the April Fools run in the snow. That was one of the best adventures. Tough obsticles and snow (Blue trails) conquered by Liberties and showing up a bunch of hard core TJ`s. I`ll miss ya my friend!

Jason, thanks for the great pics and it was great to wheel with you two times. You`ll get the Lib going again and have many great wheeling adventures with MA LOST. The whole group is awesome and you are now the official photographer. ;)

Dave (DaveKJ02), nice to finally wheel with you and meet you. Connor was a cool dude and it was great to meet him too. You`ll have many great adventures with MA LOST, so have fun!

George and Joe, you guys were awesome and I am glad you guys were part of MA LOST. We had many great adventures together and I will miss ya`s.

Mike, great to meet you and the missus. You have an awesome looking KJ and you`ll have many great wheeling adventures with MA LOST. Bring friends too. Everyone is welcome! Glad to have met ya before we left!

Everyone else from MA LOST we`ve wheeled with in the past and also all the other members that we`ve never met, thanks for the many great memories from wheeling, Meet and Greets, and Jeep shows. We`ll always remember and cherish those fun times. I urge everyone to make as many events as possible. The great times and friends you`ll make is worth a lifetime. You guys make or break the club! Continue to support this great chapter and continue to make it the best in the club!

As always, everything mentioned above goes to the missus of said individuals where applicable. I`ll miss all of you and continue to support the club too! Without you gals, it wouldn`t be the same! The club needs you too! Also, if I forgot to mention anyone, please forgive me!!! My memory is overloaded right now and I know there are a ton more things I`d like to say and mention but brain goes on overload and my memory gets shorted...or is it the other way around? :)

In short, thanks to every single member, past and present, for making our lives that much more better. You are all our friends and we`ll miss you sorely!

Mike and Wendy

p.s. Pics to come soon!

p.s.s. KJ-BOL, I`ll hold you to that! ;)
