Stubble: I measured mine and I have exactly 2" of thread showing on the driver side and 1 7/8" of thread on the passenger side.

thanks Wolv. That should give me a good starting place.

I went ahead and ordered the JBA Bilsteins and springs for the 2.5" lift
with 40k on the original shocks and springs the car was feeling a little bouncy so lets see what these do.

Test fitted one of my wheels today. I like them a lot.
and got the RRO rack up der. Minus four U-bolts they stupidly left out. But they did give my hundreds of unusable bolts and nuts that I have no idea where they go. Guess Ill just start screwing them into random holes :SOMBRERO:

And where can I get these silver u bolts for the front tow hook?

installed:
JBA 2.5 coilovers and 2.5 rear springs and shocks
front tow hooks
oem skid plates

questions:
on a 2.5 inch lift should we only have about 2 inches of strut travel? Doesnt seem right.
the front is higher than the rear by 0.5 inches?

I called Marlin and he said thats normal.
I also need to add some more ISO's to the rear.
The KK rides really nice with this setup.

Not sure about the travel distance while driving but with the sway bar attached 2" is about right.

Looks great. We have to get a ham radio antenna on that truck so the two HOT looking silver KKs can talk to each other.

Can't wait to take a side by side picture of Beth's KK and my KK.
