Is the four light bar the only one available for our Libertys? I saw a pic of a Liberty with a two light bar but have not been able to locate one thus far. Anyone know if and where these are available?

I saw the same pic, I think. It had the same stly lights as the stock light bar, but there were only two light right on the front of each side rail. This was the prototype Liberty and I don't know if it ever went into production like that.

A dealer down here in Starkville, MS had a Renegade with only 2 lights. Only 1 I've ever seen other than the aussie guy's KJ.

Export market recived the two light rather than the four light setup, it wasnt just a prototype.

my 2004 Liberty Parts PDF lists the following

Cover, Light Bar Support
5HZ01 RXFAF 1
5HZ08 RXFAF 1 Export

The first has no description, the 2nd is listed for export models. The only Liberty shots I've seen have been export models with the 2 lights, I do not know what year they were offered, or if the 4 light model was offered.

The two-light lightbar is only in Europe and Australia due to on-road lighting regulations. You cannot have 4 lights across in either area. Getting that lightbar here is going to be as hard as getting the Euro-spec rear bumper/tire carrier. For a nice long detail of that shopping process and some good links to people that might be able to sell it to you, go here.

I'm not saying that you CAN'T get it here, but it's going to be expensive, especially for something that only has half the lights of the one you can buy for what will end up being half the price. If you REALLLY want something unique and original, it will probably be cheaper to pay someone to fabricate something for you.

Good luck in your search!

Thanks, I found a contact and have an email out to them. Hopefully they can help me find one. It is one of those "just gotta have" things. I am sure y'all know about those!

With the bulb face covers on, the 2-light bars make the KJ look like it has mouse ears.

Does anyone have a picture of a KJ with the 2 light setup? I'm curious to see what that would look like

I will make them for 2, 4 or what every light idea you want. Ill keep you all posted

There's a pic or 2 on the Jeep.com site.

http://www.jeep.com/jeep_life/wallpaper/index.html?context=liberty-photos&type=right

The 3 pics labeled "Renegade" have the 2 light bar.
