DingDingDing! It's amazing how many people can't name what states the Mason-Dixon line borders. Proud to have been born on the side that squeaked out a victory and to have lived for 20 years on the side that makes a bigger deal out of it :)

I'll bet many folks do not realize that one state seperated the Confederacy from the Canadian border in a couple of places. They almost physically split the Union. As Tommudd pointed out, you could blindfold someone and take them to parts of someNorthern states and let them out of the car and they would not guess they were above the Mason-Dixon line.
