So yesterday at the M&G we got on subject of my ARB bumper and the tabs for lights it has on the bull bar. . . Has anyone mounted a Hi Lift Jack up there??? I don't have a roof basket and when i do wheel the KJ it gets laid across behind the back seat. . . I was thinking about fabricating something to put it on the bumper. Has it been done before???

With enough fabbing, time & $, it's certainly possible.
That being said, it's like boinkin' your sister...just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

Good place to mount it if you like it nice and rusty after a while. Best place is under the rear seat so it stays clean

Is that because of the height of the bumper compared to stock or the construction (and what it might do to the "other" vehicle in a crash)? The ARBs are one of the few bumpers that can be mounted in some US states that require non-modification of airbag systems.

Aren't there some UK folks that have had issues with the legality of aftermarket bumpers (even from ARB)?

I just wanna put it on there if i take the KJ wheeling and shows. . . Besides right now its hanging out on the back bumper of the XJ.
