hi guys
need some help i got 03 reg UK jeep cheokee CRD 2.8
And my power steering pump is bleeding for now i just driving with topping up the liq.
and looking to change ASAP but over here in my country {well Iam in mongolia right now}
no parts to fit.dealer asking to much.and i got friend living in STATE so if US liberty crd power steering pump are the same as euro one would like to order from STATE.
So please help me to solve this prob.

Can't you have it rebuild?

The 05+ 2.8 pump should be the same as the '02> 2.5/2.8 one but lately it looks like CRD guys in the US get parts imported back from Europe, I tried to get a waterpump from the US and it was more expensive over there then over here in Spain.

I don't know it this helps, I can get one for 170€..(150 pounds)

luckly got one from second hand from uk for70 pound.hopefully will fit.

funny when i got my power steering pump came.went to garage to change and when car was lifted up leaking was not from ps pump it was from one of lower pipe were connected to lower steering thingy.and just needed to tighten it and it stopped leaking.and ended up with spare power steering pump. was just waste of money and time cause of stupid engineer.
now my thermostat is stuck open its not going up .and alternator pulley start making chirping nose dont know one problem from another whats wrong with crd.or am i so not lucky!
