Go for as low mileage as possible if buying from a dealer, or if buying from a LOST member, question them closely about what, if anything, they have done about the EGR/ oil from crankcase problem.
If you cannot verify that the EGR has been disabled for multiple thousands of miles, my suggestion would be to do the ORM immediately upon purchase, but leave off doing the EHM or Provent for a while. Yes, the oil compromises the boost hoses, but it will also slowly act as a solvent to "clean" the intake over time. Do some hard acceleration runs over two oil change intervals (OCI's) and you should have a relatively clean intake.
