Anyone have this manual and can confirm that the VM engine diagnostic troubleshooting codes and guide are in this manual?

Page 3159 of 6059 in the 2006 FSM lists DTC codes.

For 2005, you have to look in specific "Diesel Powertrain" document.

For all intensive purposes, the 05-06-07 diagnostics are the same.

Thanks,
I looked in the Diesel powertrain section for 2005 and found that its incomplete. The 2006 doc fills in the blanks

Thanks Mr. Mopar,
I looked in the Diesel powertrain section for 2005 and found that its incomplete. The 2006 doc fills in the blanks nicely.

Yes, the 05 FSM is quite a bit smaller in both KB and pages than the 06FSM. generally I goto the 06 for everything since it seems the most complete.
