I replaced my interior cargo light with a LED and ever since I put the light in it has stayed on... its a lot dimmer when the doors are closed but its still on, anyone know why? This is a simple swap out for bulbs, i dont understand whats going on.

Also, anyone have any good/easy way to get the front dome light covers off?

It's a known issue with some LEDs. I don't have an answer. Hopefully someone can elaborate. Good luck.

yeah all of them that you replace with leds will stay on b/c of the draw of the led.
I think mine looks cool... considering all my lights are bright white leds and i have them under my jeep too!~

I was just concerned about the life of the LED being reduced or battery life if it was left for a long time.
how did you take off the covers of the front dome lights?

they draw such a small current it does not matter it would take so for ever to kill the batter and after a few seconds they go off so its ok!
