I think it's probably preferrable if you don't email them actually guys. As I said on the first page of this thread I spoke to these people personally on Friday last week. They have already agreed to make an Airflow snorkel for the KJ and as soon as they've cleared some other work that they're doing my KJ will be going in to have the moulds made and the underbonnet plumbing worked out. So probably it's best if there aren't suddenly millions of people hassling them about it!

Also, the contact details given on that site are probably out of date, the phone number and address are certainly wrong, so the email address probably is too.

Don't worry, when I next speak to them I'll let them know just how much interest there is in these snorkels and how desperate everyone is to get their hands on them!

email them links to every forum on here for all the people on this list...I am sure if the price is on par with ARB/Safari ($230-$300 range) they could easily sell 1000 in the states which will most certainly be one of their biggest markets. Hell if they need a distributor for it stateside I would give it some serious thought...

Very interesting. PM sent.

I tried to speak to Gibson RM earlier (before I saw this) but just got the answer machine. I'll try again later if they haven't rung me back.

That's what I thought too, but it could be for the 2002 KJ Cherokee's. Either way, was this guy trying to sell me and XJ Snorkel when I filled it out to be a 2005 KJ?

Yeah that's instructions for the XJ. I know this because it tells you to remove the windscreen washer reservoir, and there's no way you'd have to do that to fit a snorkel to a KJ!

I've just spoken to the manufacturers and the latest news is; there is no news.

They've got a couple of other projects that are keeping them busy at the moment, and the pattern maker is currently off sick. As soon as both those situations are resolved we're next in the queue! I told them we've got people all over the world clamouring for news, and they know, there are apparently some mob from Kansas (a possible US distributor?) that are desperate to get their hands on the new snorks.

More news as soon as I know it.
