Added another dome light...

Cool was it P&P with the free socket back there? I got one for the front and it was different.

Been thinking about doin this for awhile, there is def. a dead spot in our interior lighting. Hit up with some daytime pics.

i had to splice and use a 3-way connector to attach the 2nd light to the 3rd light. Cutting the ceiling was not a big deal, but that is because I had it mapped for 2 days. And it super bright in there. I can now see the floor!

Mine is a 2006 and there is a socket there for another light, I believe it matches the rear light socket.

well I did not take down the ceiling because that would have taken more time, so I just cut it and I had no problems.

It is actually 4" from the edge of the headliner and very easy to get to. I found this out when I mounted a big magnet to the undersite of my Wilson antenna from the old Lil Will antenna. It was a oval shaped plug not the quare one like in the front.

I'm totally interested in getting some more info on what ya spiced and what ya used for a lens etc and any other particulars you care to share, drop a thread in the fab section, I've been edging towards doing a light over the back seat myself more and more
