Since there is a backorder of factory water pumps, and the remanufacturer does not have any cores to reman, does anyone have a core that they would be willing to sell it or let me borrow it? If borrowed I would send it off to be remaned and you can have to old on I take off of my Jeep.

I just cannot have the jeep down for a week or longer while it is remaned. There is nothing wrong with my old one, just wanting to change it out with the water pump.

Anyone?


Good news though, my local dealer is willing to match moparonlineparts.com pricing for everything else I need, timing belt, fan clutch, a CAC hose, and all of the gaskets that I will need.

One last bump I promise. I will go with a Crown if no one has one.

While waiting on my water pump for my maintenance (timing belt), my tensioner went bad on my serpentine belt which in turn knocked out my alternator (again ). So I feel ya'. I now get to drive to work with the A/C off and put my battery on a charger each night until this part comes in so that I can replace it all...hoping that nothing else breaks in the process. This part backlog has cost me $340+ dollars and climbing. I wonder how long my battery can take this abuse
