I'm installing my Tom Mudd spacer, clevis rings and rear isolators this weekend, any one have any tips or special instructions?

If you havent takin it all apart recently, have PLENTY of deep penetrating rust dissolver on hand. I used a bottle jack help with the rear, and multiple ratchet straps to get the clevis back into place + ALOT of patience. Good luck, Pics after please!

Tape the conduit nuts together, that way you don't have to fiddle with 3 loose nuts while you are trying to get the clevis back on.

You may find there is not enought thread left on the topplate studs to put the front diff breather back in it's original place, zip-tie it to something else up there.

Honestly, its very easy. Use a pry bar and some elbow grease to lower the clevis, theres a How To on KJ Country if you are a member there or you can just go look it up. DONT use ratchet straps, use a jack of some sort it is safer. to get it all back together. And yes, DEFINITELY some rust penetrator, and maybe even 2 cans. When we did out LI lift party VKMCRD had some really good penetrator, send him a PM and find out what it was, worked wonders.

You use the ratchet strap to put the clevis back in. (to line up the bottom bolt)Use two and hook them on your skid plate and the front and back side of the clevis. They pull side ways so there is not any danger at all.

Ok sweet, are the rear isolators and strut plye easy too? I'm hoping to have it all together before my camping trip Sunday!!

A child could add isolators, you just remove rear spring and slip them on.

another vote for use of rachet straps, they were the only way to get my clevis lined up after installing my lift and now that i know the trick it goes back together much faster
