^^ That's one bad thing about the KK having a hidden spare, no extra mounting point! :x oh, well. I can usually fit 3-5 bikes in the back (with the seats folded and the front wheel dismounted of course).

Here's how I usually store my bike (for easy access for any quick ride I might want to do  )

Sorry about the crappy quality, I work nights so night pics is all I can muster

Hahaha road travel is inevitable sometimes, I was thinking of going on a 100 miler around Bear Lake this weekend, but I'm ditching out to hit some single track up at The Canyons ski resort in Park City. I'm all for riding anywhere, but when it comes down to it, Mountain > Road :D

Yeah I've been looking at the hitch mounts. It'd be nice to have for a group ride so I can fit both people and bikes

Here's a video of where we went today  My personal favorite trail called Bennie Creek. This is the drop on the trail that's about 5-6 feet. Hard to see in the video though...

That's sweet! I think we only have one indoor park in Utah, and that's in Salt Lake, so it's more worth my time to go Boarding 8)

Mmm'kay, opinion time. I just sold my Hardrock, and now I'm looking at getting an '04 Kona Stinky. Anyone ever ridden one? If so, what's the consensus?

Haha yeah I did say that, my bad. I was going to sell it to my buddy, but decided to keep it for an auxiliary bike.

Nice bikes! I can't wait to finish this year of school so I can save up some money and actually get a bike worth something like the ones posted here.

I rode a Huffy Manitoba GX for years before buying my Specialized. and it wasn't an expensive bike compaired to some out there. You can get something like mine for around $400 and its still nice, still a light aliminum frame and good components. You just don't get the expensive things like carbon fiber and all that stuff.

I agree, I found my XC bike (a 2009 Specialized Hardrock) for $400, and just did a few upgrades, and found my downhill bike (a 2004 Kona Stinky) for $650.

There's also a pretty good opportunity to make some money in buying and selling bikes. Right now, after upgrading my Stinky, I'm selling it for more then I bought it for so that I can upgrade to a Specialized BigHit.
