For the last 3 years I make the Toys for Tots (TFT) topic in Sept and the site allways crashes for the entire month.

So I will start it in Aug insted, hopefully this will trick the site in not to crash. LOL

For all of you who have never attended this N-E event here is the low down:
We all plan a good date and meet in Bear Mtn NY Perkins memorial tower. From there we usally end up gettiing a bite to eat, hit a trail and do what ever then collect a toy from everyone and drop it off at a toys for tot drop off location for needy children.

For the old crew, would you want to change it up and do something differant this year?
Maybe we can still start at the tower and maybe do a park picknick/bbq? If we do it in Cotober, the park has the Oktoberfest going on so we can hit that is you guys wanted to.

Let me know what you want to do and what weekend Oct/Nov

Any weekend. You guys decide. But not too keen on the Octoberfest thing as it will be a mob scene there.

Instead of having two NE events so close we should just combine the LOST NE BBQ and the Toys for Tots run in the same day. How does Sept 25 or 26th sound?

Sounds like a good idea to me. But it might be easier to just eat at Charlie Brown's (like last year) since we will be all driving around Bear Mountain and such. But either date is fine with me. How about Saturday, 9/25?

Probably up to Brian since his place is the most convenient....and close to TA for a run too...haha

Whatever you guys decide.

YEA MAN.
Tourq Converter took out the tranny. Fly wheel started it all. And Cam shaft might be bent causing cyc heads to wear down cyc walls. (might me the root cause of my never solving P300's)
As of right now I am looking into close to $4,500 in parts and labor.

I see it that time of year again for our annual Toys for Tots gathering.

Will there be a Jeepzilla II?

Hey, I just thought the same thing when I read your post. The last 2 years I posted the TFT day, and the LOST site went down for a whole month both times. This year I decided to trick the board and post it a month early, and my Jeep has a heart attack........Strange stuff here
