I believe it is in the warranty booklet (my jeep is currently in the shop, with manuals, FINALLY getting the 100k tune-up

) either there or in the manual, you will find that there is
separate warranty for the exhaust system, especially the cat, whereas they must fix if it fails before X mileage (100k comes to mind). This is not the 3/36 nor the 5/70 warranty stuff.
If you do any WOT driving, I can't imagine it clogging that much. An easy check would have someone run it up to fast idle while you hold your hand at the end of the exhaust (not on the pipe itself,

). When my CAT clogged on my 360 cu. in. Dodge 1500 engine, you could tell there was something wrong by the lack of flow coming out the back when you gave it a little throttle. Took her in to the shop and, sure 'nuff, the honeycomb had collapsed and clogged the cat.
Good luck,
