I just installed the GDE Eco tune on my new Libby. Really impressed. More impressive was the customer service that Keith provided! He was great!

I had a few issues connecting the flash tool (was my computer, not GDE product) and if I called or emailed, Keith was right on it. Very happy to see how dedicated and knowledgable he was. A+ service from me is a rarity, but he more than earned it.

I had the same experience he orginally got mine and another customers order mixed up and i got and eco tune and he got my hot tune. So i contacted him and he got me a new shipping label sent to me asap. And i had my hot tune the next day and the other guy liked the hot tune so much he decided to keep it.

Just recently worked with him on tool rentals and a flash program, he was great, flash went fine.

Only reason I didnt keep the tool is I couldnt get it to work on Vista, so it isnt as useful on an ongoing basis.

Awesome guy and great service all around (not to mention all the free advice he gives us!).

If I get my TQ conv changed I will talk to him about a TCM job.

Don't wait on the TCM program, it is totally worth it. One of these days I will finally get off my arse and get my units back to him for the updates...

That is another AWESOME thing he does - Updates if the programs change! Keith is the definition of a GREAT customer service dude. Totally dedicated to his customers, and FAR better to us than Mopar EVER has or will be.

One way or another, your kindness will be repayed.

If you know your product like nobody else and you believe in what you are doing, the rest will follow..

His knowledge speaks volumes...

Ill tell you the more I drive this thing the more I like it.

After replacing the injector, replacing the #2 glowplug, and eco-tuning it I am beginning to remember why I bought this vehicle.

Runs real smooth with the Eco-tune and Lucas fuel treatment.

Actually they are not shipping ECMs and more. He just sends you the flash tool, you download your ECM flash to him, and he will send you the updated flash for you to upload into your Jeep. No more down time, no more nuts and wiring.

Keith said he was still doing ECMs, though the flash tool works fairly well. Thats the route I went and it also helped me sort out some issues since his tool has codes specific to the dealer (not generic like the Autozone reader). Though aside from my issue with Vista (which has its issues but not as bad as some say) and having to use my Wife's XP machine to use the programming software, it worked great.

Was surprised the codes that showed up that didnt on the autozone scan. Most were related to the injector failure that had been stored for more than 3 driving cycles.

His tool rental program is great!

Also Flman, I have the TCM program too. The TCM cannot be programmed through the OBD port sadly, so it will have to be shipped. That being the case, I might as well send both computers for an update since I don't have a spare TCM. My spare ECU is useless to me if the transmission won't engage. :seuss:

You have a point there, I have the TCM tune, it takes a little getting used to, then you will love it, and the increase in low end torque and fuel mileage. I rented the tool to change the flash in my wife's from hot to eco. She did not even notice it  And it is going to save me from changing the TC in the near future.

I agree with all about how helpful Keith is. When I did my Liberty I sent the ECU to him and he had it back to be very quickly. Very little down time. However, had the flash option been available at the time, I would have gone that route.
Since the Eco-Tune my Liberty feels like it has more power, runs smoother and the fuel economy has improved about 10+%. On a recent trip to FL, I got a little over 27 MPG on one tank.

I just did the eco tune on mine and Keith was of great help to me. Awesome service. The product is awesome and the service even better. Maybe Keith could make a bit more money and be hired as a Chrysler consultant to teach them what it takes to make a customer happy, make a good product that customers want and help them listen to their customers. Just as an example, it's just been something like 15 years that North American people are begging (and the word is not strong enough) for a wrangler diesel. Chrysler almost went belly up and they still don't get it! We don't want a pseudo muscle car, we don't want a shopping mall soccer mom jeep, we want a "JEEP" that can take anything you can throw at it with great torque, fuel economy and reliability. Good thing we have Keith to make our liberty like that because if we would rely on Chrysler...
