Any of them would obviuosly work. I don't like hooks cause the strap could potentially fall off. Who would want to have to walk through caked mud or water more then once to hook it up. With the last one your gonna need a cleviws to work with it anyway so my vote goes #2, which I currently have installed on my Jeep.

2 is my first choice. However 4 would also do.

This in an interesting poll, because out of those choices, #2 is the LAST one I'd use.

I've learned a lot over the years, and have even escaped a VERY close call with a hook nearly going through the tailgate and tagging me in the back of the head through the window.

I use #1... but those solid hooks and rings like they sell at Tractor Supply Company are even better. #2... it'll work but it would be my last choice of that group.

#4 is the strongest,then #2,then #1,and the weakest is #3.

#4 is the safest, then #2 and the other 2 are down right scary.

I use #2 and will only use #2 from my years recovering 30ton+ vehicles from mud.

Thanks for all the input. I think I'm going to go with this one because the price is right and I can get a discount at 4wd.com on it.
