If you can't find them let me know
With your setup I would say one iso per side to start with should be pretty level
jeepinbyal would be faster I would say if your local dealer can't get them

hope that helps some

Ok, do you mean a total of 1 isolator per side, or do you mean start with 1 additional isolator per side? Just trying to be sure. I still have my factory rear isolators in the garage, so if I just need 1 isolator total per side in the rear then I don't have to order any more right now.

1 additional per side, meaning 2 total per side. Overall you need 4 top isos.

x's two on above
with a gasser Franky you would need more but with a CRD and only doing springs and top plate, so can't go as high thats the reason for my saying one extra per side ( 2 total per side on top) to start this should put you about level. With the extra of a gas Franky you need two extra per side to level it out.
So stock bottom one, one per side, and two stock upper per side, original one and one extra
From what I am have seen this should put you about level like I said

OK cool so I do need to order two isos then. I've never taken the rear springs completely out of a KJ so I didn't even realize there were isos on top of the springs. LOL

So are the top and bottom isos the exact same part and therefore interchangeable? If so I might just round up some junkyard ones for that purpose.

Waiting to see if I get the blessing from my wife... :5SHOTS: If so... I'm going to call jeepinbyal today and see if I can get some stuff ordered.

Top and bottom Isos are different. Some have stacked bottom Isos too. Rule of thumb from those experienced with it is: You can stack one extra bottom (2 total) and 2 extra top (3 total). Top or botto isos give you about the same amount of lift - 1/2"

Well I got shot down. :banghead:

Looks like I'll have to wait and try again after Christmas to find some cash to do this. Wife isn't real happy now because it's going to cost over $1,000 in parts alone to do my 100K mile service interval (if I do the struts/coils at the same time).

if you do it yourself, you can save a ton...
I did my own diffs, t-case, trans, coolant, oil (duh), and lift and saved a tooooon of money!

Yeah I've already done both axles, tcase, new t-stat, brakes, etc. myself. Had a shop do my tranny while they had it out for my upgraded torque converter install. So I'm pretty good to go. All that's left is timing belt/water pump/pulleys and the suspension parts. But just that stuff comes to $1,100 in parts. :dizzy: So at this point, I'm having to wait until tax return season comes around. Sigh...

At least I know what I need to order when the time comes now. It'll be getting done this Winter for sure. The only part I'm not sure about is whether I want to go with quick disconnects for my front end or not. I loved 'em on my solid axle rigs...but I've never tried them on an IFS setup. Hmm...
