Does anybody use the Fram sure Drain? And does it really work better than the OEM plug when you have the transmission skid plate on? Because i think if you had the transmission skid the oil will flow into the trans skid and not through the hole. It seems alittle too small to me.

I put one on last oil change, I'll be doing mine in about a week. I will let you know.

I bought one and then decided I didn't trust it enough to use it. The oil drains through the All J super trans skid hole just fine on mine. (not sure how a factory skid would compare though)

It works pretty good. Doesn't cost much. No mess at all. Keep an eye on the orange plastic hose though as you screw the attachment onto the drain plug, because it may try to slip off the nipple of the attachment. You can cut the plastic hose to the desired length for draining through the tranny skid hole. :D

you might wanna check the Fumoto valve thread in the CRD section. It might be a better alternative 8)

I love mine. Works AWSOME! Makes changing the oil so much faster. I have had mine on for a good 10,000 miles and its still holding tight. Deffinately worth the money.

You really should check out the Fumoto valve. I think its a better option. now the thread above is aimed at the CRD, but im sure there is a valve for the 3.7

Wow, I just looked at that fumoto valve, and I would never trust that. Anyone could crawl under there and let the oil out! With no tools! Stupid design I think, needs some kind of lock. Anyone that off roads, a rock or even a stick could open that thing.
