Has the diesel eng been offered from the begining (2002) year,with a 5spd. & 4wd.,if no when did the kk come in?

In the US only '05 and '06 and only with a auto trans.Export CRD's started in '02 with manual trans and no you can not import one to the US.

Export CRD's from 02 to 04 have the 2.5L version of the engine. 05+ have 2.8L

02 to 04 with the manual had the 2.5, autos always had the 2.8
