Hey guys,

Im thinking of going wider and getting 265/70/16s. Will I be good, I have trimmed a little already but will the tires be too wide for the wheels? I have spacers that are not installed but would I have to install the spacers so that I do not have serious rubbage?

Thanks

That is basically a 31x10.50. They will be fine on a stock wheel with your lift setup. Adding spacers would actually increase the possibility of rubbing.

if you try and put them on a stock rim with stock backspacing you may rub the tire and uca. you should be fine with the spacers, maybe have to trim a little more depending on what youve done now.

I ran 265/75/16's for 2wks with a daystar lift, until i could buy brand new 245/75/16's for my Liberty. I ran them on stock wheels, but they did rub because I didn't trim my bumper like some of these guys do. You'll be fine, just have some rubbing.

265/75= ~32/10.5
265/70= ~31/10.5

So same width but the 265/75/16's are taller
