what are good year wrangler hp all tyres like in snow and ice conditions compared too bf goodrich AT

Hi,

I still have a set of Goodyears HP 104 and i have to say I wans't impressed at all with them. In 15K my KJ had eaten them up compleately. Last year with all the snow & ice we had in the UK, I would say they performed average for traction on the road in those conditions. Currently I run MT, but my next lot of tyres will be Cooper or BF with AT tread for road going (will be more quite than my MT).

Have gf AT at moment while ok in snow but not great in ice or mixed with snow,also looking at generals but think you get less on milage,have 50/50 bfg's AT so if i can get,will look at bfg's 75/25

Have a look at Cooper Tyres, look to have a good selection and good deals around.
