the only issue i really see on this question, some of these could be misdiagnosed by the dealer...

I'm pretty sure the only confirmed cases we have were Geordi and Jinstall, at least those are the only folks who've posted about it - now there have been several others where the dealership changed the Turbo due to oil in the intake. I have no idea how to count those - I suspect its dealership incompetence - but if you don't have the 'bad' turbo to measure - you don't know - it's an assumption.
