if we can't get any new plugs, when are the non ceramic plugs going to be offered by Chrysler?

I ordered a kit Thursday, and supposed to get in a week. We will see.

are the plugs you ordered on Thursday offered by Chrysler? do you have to upgrade your PCM?

Kit with 4 glow plugs and controller through Jeep dealer.

Don't know the answer to the second question.

I tried having the dealer order that kit Friday, but the part is somehow frozen even though inventory shows qty of part/kit?

Maybe when they get the programming code for the ECM (pcm?) written then with correct instructions for the installer :SOMBRERO:

VW has been down this painfull ceramic glow plug issue too and there was no quick resolution
