well, class got out early this morning, so I washed the jeep, then took some more pictures of it in the yard and driveway to show the new tires with the OME lift.

You must have a loooooong extension cord
or don't drive far from home to have the wreath hooked up

I could have driven like 10 feet with that thing on there if I wanted to!! :goink:

If only I could wire it into the tail gate and drive around town with it lit up at night!

looks great, that tire size is growing on me. How do they handle? Have you noticed power loss? Did you take pic of the back sear mod?

The tires are Interco Trxus 235-85-16. At first I noticed power loss only at highway speeds, but its grown on me, so I hardly notice it anymore. But as Tom would say, I need to regear, but that will hopefully come after tax refund time :D

and as for the rear seat stuff, I don't have any current pictures, but I will try to get some up this weekend

not sure if you can actually see any jeeps in these pics or not... but we went out in saturday nights blizzard to play in the snow!! til a bunch of the cars got stuck and me and my friend in his grand cherokee had to start pulling people out! :JEEPIN:

still cool pics to show what the midwest got for windy blowing snow last saturday!! some of the drifts were over the hood on my liberty. in one spot, we drove down the road to help someone, and when we came back not more than 10min later, those 3'-4' drifts were already back!! that's how windy it was! hella fun though!

most of the cars with us were AWD, except for a rwd bimmer, who, somehow, did NOT get stuck! ha.

that last image does a good job of showing some of the smaller drifts we encountered that night... still a good 2'+ for most of them!

images courtesy of my friend, Lane, at http://www.evilatom.com who was in his 4x4 dakota that night, not his Supercharged Ariel Atom or Supercharged Lotus Exige! :D

Ha, I have owned my share of late 90's 3 series BMW's if thats one of them... They are phenomenal in the snow!!! A lot of them use LSDs that are gear driven... The weight transfer is great as well.... Have nothing bad to say about the BMWs great cars hard to get stuck especially with a stick! Quite a few storms where there were 4 wranglers some suburbans in a ditch and I'm the only one to make it up an eway exit ramp without ending up down in the ditch!!
